She also wears black high-heeled boots which reach up to her calves, with large laces coming from the openings, and a pair of hot pink and dark red stockings with a yellow sun-like motif on them.

Konata Izumi is the “leader” and the shortest of the main characters. Nicknamed “Kona-chan” by Tsukasa, she is an eccentric but friendly and outgoing girl, with a mischievous yet good-natured sense of humor. She can be smart, but she hates studying , thus her grades are a bit uneasy.
However, she is an expert in pulling an “all-nighter”. In contrast to her studying habits, she loves video games, to the extent that she can compete against Kagami Hiiragi on trivia-based games. She meets Ah-kun who gives her the power to transform into the magical hero Pastel Ink;
using a pink flip phone, changing through that of ribbons into a duck-like outfit with blue hair. Using this new power she helps the people of her city while also using it to tutor Nao in English.
